Applications to the Black Entrepreneurship Program Ecosystem Fund are no longer being accepted. Applications received and acknowledged by FedDev Ontario during the intake period will be assessed.You are encouraged to contact us as early as possible if you have questions.
Your organization can only submit one application to FedDev Ontario. Multiple or concurrent applications to this initiative or other programs offered by FedDev Ontario will not be accepted. If you have an active project with FedDev Ontario, an application for the Ecosystem Fund must be distinct and separate.

- Initiate contribution agreements with successful applicants
What happens after I apply?
- You will receive an email notification acknowledging the time and date of your application. Please keep this email or contact us at 1-866-593-5505 if you do not receive it.
- Any activities and related costs incurred before a formal decision is made are the applicant’s own risk.
What happens if your project is approved?
- You will be expected to sign a contribution agreement within 30 calendar days of being notified.
- Funding will be reimbursed based on approved costs incurred and claimed throughout the project's duration. All project activities must be completed by no later than February 28, 2030, to be eligible for reimbursement.
